Had a great week weather sunny first few days, this had an effect on the lake and it switched off, last few days the rain came and the lake woke up, everything else was spot on, unfinished business on the lake and we will be back" Tyreman , melling, Lannigan, waters and benson.

Weather was absolutley beautiful, the lake was still and picture perfect, we could not have asked for a better host we were treated like royals, the carp were laughing in our faces ( jumping out the water) everwhere. thanks for having us back soon" Len, Pieter and flors, Holland.

HI Rob our thanks for a great week on your lake, your help and advice was appreciated and made a difference to our catch rate. It's Ben from Andy's group, I fished on peg 6.



I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you very much for your help and support on what was another excellent fishing holiday.

This was our 7th trip to France and this was up there with the best.

With such a naturally rich lake and great hard fighting carp I am sure 2011 will be your best year so far.

I have spoken to Andrew, he is still downloading the photo's but will send them across soon.

The only down side was not beating the Dutch lads....I thought it would be Henni crying into his Amstel not us crying into our John Smiths.

But saying that I don't think you can argue with 40 fish in October.

Honestly Robin it was a pleasure to meet you, a genuine guy with genuine fish in the lake who put the angler at the top of the agenda.

Great showers, toilets, equipment, and the food we did eat was great....really Enjoyed curry night.

If you do have any enquires from any brits who are unsure I would be more than happy for you to give them my number or email address....only got good things to say.

Once again thanks for everything....just gutted for you that "THE CAT" got away....maybe next year.

Anyway I also just wanted to say a big thank you for a great fishing holiday at Forest View and all your help. We could all see how hard you've worked to get the carp and the lake to the standards you set out to achieve.

All I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time fishing that week and was totally gutted to pack away, I had 18 carp in all, the bigger ones evaded me unfortunately but I know they are there but cant argue with the number of hard fighting carp that I bought to the bank (all mid to high 20's and if there is anyone out there looking for a great lake to go fishing in France then I certainly hope they give you a call.

Gutted about not beating your mate Hennie but I think he just got a lucky week!!!!!
